My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The location was perfect, right opposite the mainline Birmingham New Street Station, making it super convenient. The rooms, however, were a bit disappointing as they were noisy being on a main road, and the lack of cleanliness and security issues left me feeling uneasy. The dining experience had its hits and misses, with some tasty dishes but reheated food was a letdown.
