Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is just a stone's throw away from Birmingham New Street Station, making it incredibly convenient for train travel and exploring the city. The rooms were a bit dirty on arrival with crumbs behind the bed, but overall clean and well-equipped. The service was acceptable, but nothing extraordinary. The dining experience was mediocre, with low-quality ingredients, and the bar closed a bit early. The location is unbeatable for its proximity to transportation and dining options.
My stay at the hotel was overall good. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities, but the limited amount of milk provided for tea or coffee was disappointing. The service was polite and helpful despite some issues with reaching the train station. The location, although a bit hidden, was convenient being close to Birmingham New Street Station. The dining experience was not worth the price paid. Facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The location was perfect, right opposite the mainline Birmingham New Street Station, making it super convenient. The rooms, however, were a bit disappointing as they were noisy being on a main road, and the lack of cleanliness and security issues left me feeling uneasy. The dining experience had its hits and misses, with some tasty dishes but reheated food was a letdown.
